Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM eRecruit Consultant to provide expert guidance and support for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM eRecruit module. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the PeopleSoft eRecruit solution, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver optimized HR recruitment processes.
- Implement and configure the PeopleSoft eRecruit module within the broader PeopleSoft HCM system.
- Analyze business requirements and provide consulting expertise to translate them into effective solutions within the eRecruit module.
- Customize and integrate PeopleSoft eRecruit functionality to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
- Work closely with HR teams and other business units to configure job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview processes, offer management, etc.
- Provide end-user training and support for PeopleSoft eRecruit system users.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting for eRecruit functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flows between PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Talent Management, etc.) and other integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to eRecruit applications and system performance.
- Assist in testing new configurations and software releases, documenting results, and making necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, training documentation, and knowledge base articles for end users.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years working with PeopleSoft HCM, particularly the eRecruit module.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft eRecruit functionalities, including job requisitions, recruiting workflows, candidate management, and reporting.
- Proven experience in configuration, customization, and implementation of the PeopleSoft eRecruit module.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS modules such as Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Core HR, Workforce Administration, etc.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, and Component Interfaces.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Oracle, and PeopleSoft Security.
- Experience with integration tools such as Integration Broker and Web Services.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues in the eRecruit solution.
- Project Management:
- Experience in leading or supporting PeopleSoft HCM projects, with a focus on PeopleSoft eRecruit.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of HR Processes:
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and HR best practices.
